Suggested Activity Plan:
- Download and print the "Trash to Treasure" worksheet (link below!).
- Gather your drawing supplies.
- Read the introduction/prompt on the worksheet together.
- Encourage your child to imagine finding two pieces of trash. What could they be?
- Guide them to draw the "found trash" in the designated spaces.
- Then, let their imaginations run wild as they draw their "treasures" – the transformed versions of the trash items!
- Discuss their creations with them. What are they used for? What inspired their ideas?
